Privacy.
Short version: you give an email address to get SPEAK, to join the studio list, or to hear first about CORNERSTONE. It is used to send you SPEAK and a few emails about it, or word when something new is ready. It is never sold or passed on.
Who
This site is run by Paul Le Báy Audio (Australia). Questions or requests: hello@paullebay.audio.
What is collected
- Your email address, when you sign up for SPEAK, the studio list or CORNERSTONE's waitlist, which of them you signed up for, and the date you confirmed it.
- Whether emails are opened and links clicked, which our email service records for each subscriber.
- Nothing else on this site. There are no tracking cookies, no ads and no analytics that follow you. The site remembers light or dark mode in your own browser only.
Who handles it
- Kit (ConvertKit, in the United States) stores the list and sends the emails.
- Cloudflare serves this site and the downloads, and keeps the usual short server logs (such as IP addresses) to keep them running and secure.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser asks Google for them.
Because these services are overseas, your address may be stored outside Australia.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link, which removes you at once. Write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
